- Ordering

Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you must contact our main store before the end of the 30th calendar day following the effective shipping date to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. All returns must be in their original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us.
- Returns
Prior to any returns, an RMA number must be asked to www.warrenheim.com.. Without the IRIS RMA Form joins to the return, product will be sent back to sender at sender's sole expenses.
After the 30-day period you may only return the product pursuant to Warren Heim Corporation limited warranty terms. All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all items provided with the product. You are responsible for shipping charges to return items.
- Territory
warrenheim.com. and Warren Heim Corporation delivers products Nationwide Due to political or economic conditions, we may be unable to ship to certain countries from time to time. We are not liable for any such inability to ship to certain countries.
- Limited Warranty
All Warren Heim Corporation products come with a limited warranty the terms of which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference. The warranty is included with the product.
- Limitation of Remedies and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies provided here are your sole and exclusive remedies for breach of this agreement by us. WARRANTIES: Warren Heim Corporation guarantees to repair or replace at the company's option, any product, which fails, due to defective material or workmanship within one year from date of shipment, unless failure is due to misuse or improper application.

No warranty is made with respect to equipment, accessories, component parts or auxiliary equipment not manufactured by our company, such being subject only to warranties made by their respective manufacturers.
