| Appropriate shipping and handling charges should be added to each order. Prepaid orders should consult the schedule of charges on the order form for fees. Invoiced orders will be assessed for the shipping and handling charges. If an ordered item is not in inventory, the in-stock items will be shipped and the out of stock item will be sent separately upon availability.
Delivery
Standard Service - Prompt and efficient processing of orders is Guaranteed Orders are shipped via best method (UPS, USPS, Common Carrier), within 8 Days.
Delivery cannot be made to Post Office boxes. You will be informed in the event of any undue delay.
Express Service - Available by request.
Returns/Exchanges
REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS and MUST STILL BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted for all returns. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable.
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
Clearance items are non-returnable.
